Two bottles pulled from the same row in my cellar and as different as could be. One a closed, kinda old weird red that was still drinkable, and the other a plush, fruity delight. Both left sediment in the paper filter and were decanted identically. In any case, the first was okay for the Poker game and the other was worth going back to - and I have another case left in the cellar to explore... ASAP

Paper filtered and decanted leaving a heavy sediment in the filter and yielding a dark puple liquor with a fresh blue fruit fragrance and deep flavor with a long finish.
