This is a wonderful wine that would please even people who are not big Viognier fans. We are but this was light and lent itself to an accompaniment to light appetizers/cheese. I wish we had bought more of this! I think we have one bottle left though.

This was a wonderful digestif served after a delightful grilled tuna dinner and served with a house made Crème Brûlée. The wine paired absolutely perfect with just a slight amount of sweetness to complement the dessert. More like a fine wine and not a sugary syrup like many other white dessert wines. Aging is not an issue. Never fear holding this for another 3-4 years. Enjoy!!!!

Drank with another couple with deep wine appreciation. This is a DRY but still fruit forward rosé that is still in its prime almost 4 years later. Had this as an aperitif before dinner and was loved by everyone. I wish I had more of this. It’s everything a Rosé should be.

12/10/2023 2:25:00 PM - Hi Sheldog, glad to hear you gave WA and Walla Walla a try and are enjoying it! Since that recommendation (2014!) my palate has shifted more to Pinot and now the Willamette Valley is my go-to place (although Walla Walla is still great). Many great wines coming out of the Pacific NW. Enjoy!
2/5/2014 11:10:00 PM - Congrats on earning $$ from the Seahawks victory. It was a great game (if you were rooting for Seattle - pretty boring or frustrating for people who weren't). Give WA wines a try, especially reds from the Walla Walla AVA. Outstanding Syrah and Rhone varieties coming out of WA, and the Cabernet's pretty darn good too, just different than California - less plush and more acidity, due to the cooler nights, and not as pricy for very good quality wines. Enjoy!
10/10/2013 11:47:00 AM - Hey Sheldog -
Yes, we really enjoyed the ES Pinot Blanc - we picked up six bottles when we visited last month. Almost grabbed up a large format bottle as well. Tasty stuff.
Across the board we've been pretty impressed with what they have to offer, really a nice mix of more typical Napa/Sonoma varietals alongside more unique offerings (at least for the region) like Pinot Blanc or the Grenache.
Best,
Evan
