Usually there is a Friday night event at a hotel and a Saturday picnic on a lake during the afternoon/evening. Lots of great food and wine and congenial crowd.

    3/28/2017 6:52:00 AM - Yes - I've noticed that Carlisle zins benefit immensely from an hour or two decant, and Bedrock's are quicker to open, although I haven't opened many of their Heritage wines yet. It's just no fun to wait lol!
