  Tried a Coravin sample from my third and last bottle of this one. Brown rim and a strong, very pleasant aroma of dark cherries and chocolate.
  In the mouth pretty much the same impression of cherries complemented by a good structure from a dose of half resolved tannin and high acidity. Very vital and with hindsight I should perhaps have left this another 5 years. Should have an upwards potential.

  Plums, violets a bit pruney nose with a lot of oak for now. Soft, ripe deep dark fruit, very silky tannin and with balancing acidity. Very nicely balanced. Only negative is that I find it a bit generic and "international" in style. Should be good but hold for at least 5, rather 10 years before opening.

  Second and last bottle, tapped twice with Coravin over two days.
  Apple, pear and pineapple, buttery nose. Mature with complexity and slightly oxidative and bitter hints, which rather adds to the wine rather than detracting. On the rich side with good lemony fruit and bit buttery taste. Long finish. This is in a good place now, better than I remember the previous bottle.
