Bright straw yellow.
Fruity at nose: gooseberries and candied cedar .Balsamic herbs.
At taste, a straight minerality is prevailing on a yellow fruit till the medium finish.

Garnet red.
Intense at nose: caramelized red fruits at first, plums, then followed by evolved tertiary hints of coffee, underbrush, bark anf humus.
Smooth, velvety at palate, but still fresh and alive. Silky tannins, lacking a bit of fruit.
Evident hematic notes.
Long closing on citrusy hints of red oranges.

Dark sensations at nose, too: Coffee powder, cocoa and peonia flowers.
Best after 2 days opened, but passed its peak, with a thin tannin and low acidity. Ematic hints, closing on red oranges' notes.
