Very natural and reduced upon opening - Needed to sit about 2 hours for the funk to blow off.
On the nose:
Very delicate with raspberries and the slightest hint of oak, smokey undertones with just a hint of undergrowth. There's a slight farmyard smell even after hours, not relenting it's natural heritage.
On the palate: Initially delicate and light. With quite heavy tannins and some mid-palate weight. Not really balanced, but I can't follow the other notes claiming this is not ripe. There's stuffing there, but it still needs time.
Finish is pretty good, with pretty fine tannins, solid weight and retaining it's delicacy.
Overall I wouldn't guess a Saint Georges 1'er on this. It's very finely crafted, and still needs time. If you have a bottle let it sit still, there's more potential.

Quite reductive, with some oak. Hints of redcurrant underneath. After a few hours, the nose eventually reveals slightly more redcurrant, but remains quite oak heavy
Palate Fresh, medium acidity and pretty weighty with good primary fruit. Gives way to a fairly long and concentrated finish, with some nicely grained tannins. Very pleasant.
Unlike most of my experiences with Remoissenet this has real weight and is quite masculinely built. Great representation of the not-so-often found Les Teurons lieu dit.
Could sit, but is drinking well right now
