I should have taken my posting more seriously as I started using this site for the express purpose of supporting those wines that I really enjoyed. My son (who is a hobby winemaker) had pointed out that day that the bottle must have been bad due to a bad cork as he had tasted the FC product numerous times and knew it to be wonderful! Now that I am assisting him I know that: making wine is not easy, that honest feedback is useful, and that negativism when unwarranted is not helpful to a business. The latter I am painfully aware of as a business owner. I will be more careful and factual in my postings in the future and for that reason have put my name on them (to remind me).
