Pop and pour: It was tight and closed down, opening a bit after an hour. Should decant for this one for sure. It seems like it should have decent structure, it was getting more balanced over 1.5 hours, but wish I'd have decanted for a while before pouring with our dinner.

Bottle was very closed on opening and an hour in. Mostly just dusty earth (I thought my glass was dusty, but it was not) for the first 30-45m. On the palate there was some acidity to balance a bit, but still out of balance. Over the course of the next hour, some dark recessed fruit started to emerge, and the dusty note evolved into more mineral and rocks. Not sure if my bottle was a bit muted (I get paranoid of bottle shock) but it had some nice earthy and juicy notes later in to the bottle. I would try decanting my next bottle for an hour and see if that helps.
