Another superb effort from a humble plot. Flinty and piercing aromatics, a little citrus initially, but more creamy with time. High toned and energetic. Very impressive on the palate and extremely balanced.

The white wine of 2020. Truly sensational bottle of white Burgundy. Such intensity on the nose, with creamy yellow fruit, matchstick and flint. Great acid for the vintage. Immense concentration on the palate, long and complex. Drinking superbly now.

Her 2013s just have so much vibrancy and energy. Similar to a bottle consumed a year ago, this was just signature Leroy. Brilliant aromatics, and equally impressive on the palate. Extremely flamboyant showing. Great now, but will be a high 90 pointer with time.
