drank 4/09 with homemade tagliatelle and bison ragu and i was fantastic with food--lovely nose with blackberry fruit, bright acid and tannins that will integrate more. SHould be great drinking over the next 4-5 years

Drank in 3/09 with grilled bison. Initially a little less complexity and richness, but as it opened up became very nice--balanced tannins and still enough fruit.
