Last bottle of the night for Independence Day. Very little in terms of aroma or flavor on the palate. Tastes very sharp. Not recommended.

Flavors of tropical fruits, sweet but with a crispness that keeps it from being cloying. Without seeing the bottle, I would have thought it was a Riesling. Nice balance to spicy Indian food. Would be wonderful with a spinach and pear salad, oysters, or light appetizers.
