11/24/2016 7:10:00 AM - 2007 Perrier-Jouet to start 2014 Trefethen Dry Riesling if serving several veggies, salads, during the meal 2013 Walt Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir-usually serve the traditional choice of Pinot Noir with turkey , me I like an older Cabernet but you have several of Caymus, so depending on the # of people serve Walt and the Caymus 40th Anniversary. Decant the Pinot for 30 minutes and the Caymus for 60 minutes. If no decanters, pour each person a 2 ounce glass each and let them enjoy the difference. If needed serve your McKenzie-Mueller Malbec and the Cabernet Franc Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

11/5/2016 8:59:00 PM - Thank you for becoming a Fan of my Tasting Notes-my wife-Kathy and I were in Napa today tasting 35 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignons, Silver Oak, Baldacci, and Signorello. I plan to post 50 to 100 tasting notes this week, hope you enjoy some of them. Great picture of you two-we have been married 43 years now. Have a great day!
