Tasted blind. Outstanding nose, so fresh, floral, notes of raspberry and sour cherries. The palate is ethereal, light yet persistent with a very long finish. Truly delicious.

Tasted blind next to its sibling from 2007 (which was better right now). Translucent cherry red. Notes of freshly cut grass and raspberry. Quite elegant with ample acidity and one dry tannins. Took time to open in the glass after being open on the bottle for 3 hours. Still felt a bit closed. It’s a few years from peaking, but very good even now.

Tasted blind. Very tropical and sweet, lacking some freshness, I felt it was a bit heavy handed and suspected it was Gunderloch. I’d say drink up.
