1981 Majolini Franciacorta Brut Rosé "Altera"

Disgorged 2019. This was crisp and refreshing. Lovely salmon color, fine mousse. Beautiful nose. Not at all what I expected from a 1981. Very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed this for my retirement breakfast since 1981 was the year I graduated from high school.
