Starts with a great nose. Followed by dense flavor and a black cherry note on finish. Excellent Oakville cab providing rock solid value. Will hold the rest and check in next year.

2 hour decant. Very pleasant. Full of depth, flavor, and aroma. Won't blow you away, but solid QPR at $100.

YOU might actually prefer the warmer temperature, some people do, but over the course of the bottle you will notice the difference. For an experiment with guests. Serve one from the cellar temp & one as you would normally see if your partner or guests have a preference with our saying it’s the same wine. At the cooler temp the alcohol is less obvious as is the tannin, IMO.
