Serve one from the cellar temp & one as you would normally see if your partner or guests have a preference with our saying it’s the same wine. At the cooler temp the alcohol is less obvious as is the tannin, IMO.

    3/19/2021 4:50:00 PM - Yes, it does rival travel......especially these days! Nothing beats travelling to these foreign lands though...enjoying the wines there and then again when back at home. I am very lucy to have been able to do that with HBailly.....cheers to my new friend!
