decanted about 60 min. started off great aromatically but a bit too acidic on the palate. Things balanced out some with air, I think I would decant longer next time.

Better when it warms up a bit, nose is fruit forward with blood orange and ripe red apple. Blood orange dominates the palate, fine bead, bright acidity, yeast on the finish. Great bottle.

Drinking well, notes of blackberry, gun flint, forest floor. Bright acid and silty tannins. 91-92
