7/29/2026 4:31:00 AM - TY for the Castle suggestions. Villa dry sounds like a can’t miss visit.
If you had to pick one winery, OK 2, where should we go?

11/25/2025 4:58:00 PM - Matt,
Yes, I'm the Educateur for the Minneapolis Commaderie. It would be great to connect! Maybe I will see you in Dallas in February.
11/25/2025 3:30:00 PM - Hi Kevin, I noticed in a recent post you mentioned the Commanderie. I am the Caviste for the Philadelphia Commanderie. Would love to break bread with you whenever!
4/17/2025 2:25:00 PM - Rocknroller, I am a St. Paul resident and have been seeing your tasting notes for years. I have wanted to reach out to you for some time to inquire about possibly joining a tasting or two that you participate in, if possible. I am a local small entrepreneur and live on lexington pkwy in St. Paul. Im not awkward or weird. Well, a little weird. I have a cellar stocked with some aged barolo, brunello, and bordeaux. What do you say?
3/27/2020 4:58:00 AM - Hello,
I´m a big Champagnelover that are on the hunt for a Piper Heidsieck Rare 1990 that i saw you´ve had before, so i´m just reaching out to hopefully find one bottle for a vertical (only bottle we´re missing). And You´re of course welcome to join if that´s in your interest.
Best Regards

10/19/2018 9:05:00 AM - Kevin, I just read your Oregon tasting notes and it got me even more jazzed for our upcoming 2008 OPN tasting! (my profile pic is from a similar "10 Year Retro" tasting.)
Clearly you misspelled your last name: it's Bacchus, not Barcus.
Too bad you're not closer! Cheers!

1/22/2018 2:08:00 PM - Thanks, that's kind of you to say. I thoroughly enjoyed reading your profile as well. I'm thrilled to find fellow CT'ers that feel the same way! Cheers!
1/20/2018 3:54:00 PM - Hi Kevin, I enjoyed your Profile commentary, particularly the part about the care taken in bottle preparation. I could not agree more. Cheers!
3/8/2016 8:01:00 PM - Hi Josh - There are a couple groups that I do things with. Send me your info and a little bit on what you like to drink and so forth. We can go from there. You can email me directly - the info is on my CT page. Look forward to meeting you. Kevin
3/8/2016 7:26:00 PM - Hi Kevin - I am interested in finding tasting groups in MSP to join. You seem very active in the Twin Cities wine scene and if you're open to new members, I would love to attend an upcoming tasting you pull together. Cheers! Josh
11/29/2015 9:23:00 PM - Hi Bryce,
Nice to hear from you. I'd love to get together some time too when you're in town - just let me know. We have some nice wine groups here you'd enjoy. We also love the WV area too and need to get back there sometime soon as well.
11/29/2015 12:48:00 PM - Kevin, I see we have similar wine interests. I'm in the Willamette Valley and my daughter lives in the MSP area, which I visit, so there could be the possibility of hooking up sometime.
Bryce
8/24/2015 5:27:00 PM - I might try for early spring as we would like to visit Eric Anderson (old Catbird Restaurant Nashville) new place. Thank you for the invite.
8/17/2015 10:11:00 PM - Jamie, we'd love to have you up here anytime. It would be a thrill to drink one of those 55's! We have a nice group here. Send me an email, it's posted in my profile!
8/17/2015 5:55:00 PM - Kevin,
For the godfather you missed a '55 of anything. I have a lot and a short trip to Minneapolis from Chicago is pretty easy.
