Medium greenish-yellow, silver reflections; fine, persistent mousse. Fresh vanilla sponge is underlaid with a herbal savouriness, hints of passion fruit, fine white stone fruit, walnut and orange zest. Good complexity, elegant, delicate wood savouriness, quince, mineral and floral touches. Has plenty of development potential.

Tasted: Nov 2018
Pale straw colour with a golden hue and fine mousseux. Pure and chalky nose with citrus, lime, lemongrass and fresh hazelnut. Very good grip on the palate, nicely firm and fresh with pale stone fruit, citrus, crushed nuts, fresh butter, very chalky and fine Chardonnay notes with a very long and pure finish.

Perfectly balanced, no astringency with a perfect minerality. Finesse, and on the finish an incredibly captivating nectar richness emerges and we even get a final note of peaches. Bridges the gap between Champers and the great white Burgundies. Superlatively good.
