An enticing nose of fennel tops, aniseed and pure white peach. Great fruit intensity and shape. Full and layered, oh so silky. The finish drives on and on. Quite brilliant and my wine of the night.

Second bottle from the same case. Takes 30min+ for the bottle to open up, but enjoyed over 5+ hours. White flowers on the nose Strong minerality eventually leads to dried honey notes. A great example of balance and power. Lots of life left.

Incredibly youthful, with loads of citrus and mineral. There's a whiff of toast and some almond butter too. It is really rocky, with a cool fruit profile, great line and fabulous cut. It is right where you'd love every bottle of '07 to be right now.

Just in the "collectible" score. Very, very impressive for a village wine and just slightly better (today!) than the 2009 Coche-Dury Meursault Les Rougeots served blind at the same time. Wow what a wine...@ VINEUM in Rotterdam

Ente dinner. Still the old style, a bit too ripe for me.
