Wine-ark boys at Felix (Bistro Felix, Ash Street): Cheesy, savoury nose, a little wild ferment funk, butter and lemon underpin. Juicy, savoury, similar flavours to the nose but a lovely balance. With time it sheds that funky note and begins to gain richness and weight. Yum.
