Nice fruity bouquet, the palate has ripe yellow prunes, artificial sweeteners, caramel and cream pastry flavours, low acidity, no champagne bite whatsoever, quite nice for the price, the -06 was a stronger vintage though.

Straw yellow in color with unremarkable perlage. Citrus aromas with notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. The palate is bone dry but lively, with nice fruit and a hint of nuttiness. Alas, there's not a lot of structure in the mouth, and as a result in my opinion this does not compare well with well-made Prosecco or most Champagne. Still, it did the job it was intended to do: excite the palate and pair well with a kale salad. Rated 0 on a scale of -1 to 3.

Aged 30-36 months in bottle, 13% ABV. Crisp and citric nose with raw dough, yeast, toast and minerality. Very fruity with balanced acidity and raspberry flavors.
