  Medium ruby-garnet color. Very prevalent barnyard aromas with some underlying red cherry. Medium-to-medium light body, medium acid, and medium fine grained tannins. Red fruit on the palate, particularly cranberry, along with blood orange, and some warm savory spice mid-palate. Tannins became more prominent with air. Not a standout at its current price point, but certainly enjoyable. Paired with coq au vin.

  Le millésime 2016 en Chambolle-Musigny (appellation communale ou "villages") (au Quartier Général): Un joli nez floral, du fruit rouge, un peu de réduction.
  Belle délicatesse typée Chambolle, corps léger, fraîcheur et charme. Il n'est pas profond mais délicieux, c'est le plus charmeur du lot, le plus près du cliché du Chambolle féminin. Je l'ai mis premier de la vague, de mémoire mais j'ai trouvé qu'il devenait racoleur sur l’évolution, moins intéressant. 91 pts au départ, puis 89 pts par la suite (c'est le seul vin de la soirée dont j'ai finalement changé la note après remise du classement)
