Drank over three days- held exceptionally well. Nose of cherry, oak, herbs (rosemary, thyme). Light to medium bodied palate with more cherry, raspberry and acidity that dances on your tongue.

Needed about 45 minutes to open at all. Very heavy tannins for a Pinot. Excellent bright red cherries on the mid pallate. Got significantly smoother over the next hour and half.

Ruby red in color with hints of cherry/strawberry and vanilla. First time tasting a bottle of Failla-- I enjoyed it. Looking forward to more in my cellar.

Delicate strawberry fruit is currently dominated by bracing acidity. Elements of cinnamon and clove. This wine needs time but hints of really nice things to come. Blind, I would have guessed Oregon rather than Sonoma.
