Bright, medium ruby, color, with zero side of color degradation. Really unusual, eclectic nose of soap, raspberry, preserves, and pastry dough. Raspberries, raspberry preserves, leather, and wild strawberry notes.

Had this at a restaurant and paired it with grilled meats. Very nice wine with a mid weight flavor profile and lovely mouthfeel. Easy to drink and quite delicious.

Honey, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce on the nose-really! Good colour very little bricking. Teryaki steak and peppercorns on the initial palate. Finish is short but the spice lingers and there’s nothing thin or off putting after. As indicated below, quite a nice ongoing surprise. A few bottles remain.

Given the end drinking date in CT I was pleasantly surprised it was. There was still fruit present in the nose and palate with smooth tannins. Drank it over 2 nights with almost no noticeable deterioration. Sorry I don't have more.

Still alive and better than the last bottle two years ago. Smooth and flavorful but soft. No tannins of course. Interesting and fun
