  Medium caramel, almost honey-like in colour, wonderful round nose of tropical fruits with hint of citrus/orange. Mouth feel is full, rounded, great weight and the depth of flavor rolls on and on. Great with liver parfait and even better second day alone.

  Little oxidative, gradually evolved into candied mandarin peel.
  The palate is extremely round and thick, intense sweetness and power.

  Unctuous, sweet, fragrant litchee and tropical fruit. Withstood the mango cake it was served with and then some. Delicious and is at a nice spot right now. Will let the last couple bottles sit for another 5 years at least.

  2011's Top 10 (Wine Route Savion): Light and powerful golden color. Honey-honey-honey – on the nose and palate. Lacking acidity but fine (375ml 62$)

  Couleur or ambrée. Nez sur le miel, la figue, les agrumes confits, litchi, enveloppé par des notes florales. Le nez prend de l'intensité avec le temps et des notes botrytisées émergent. En bouche, c'est concentré, long et sirupeux. Peut encore s'améliorer, mais le vin entre sur son pic. Superbe!
