  A very interesting wine - dark and slightly unforthcoming on opening. deep red held up to the light and a touch of cough mixture on the nose . Good black fruits and liquorice notes on the palate . A very superior Bizet.

  2 hours carafed, long to be revealed..
  Lot of expressions, fruits, raspberry, regulus.

  PnVnD. Deep rich maroon in color. Few fine legs. Rich nose of cassis and red berries up front, with some rose petals, plums, and just the slightest bit of bell peppers in the background. Medium in body with fine drying tannins. Med- finish. Best enjoyed at 55-60F. I initially served this at 65F, but the tannins were quite drying.
  
  Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Bordeaux glass at 55F.
