  • A new winery for me and this is a very impressive first effort. Extremely well made, this would be a fantastic ringer to throw in a Cali higher end chard tasting. Clearly made in that style with rich buttery texture and a fair amount of new oak. This, however is very well balanced, wears its 14.5% alc extremely well and has really nice acidity, which suggests some mid-term aging. The fruit is mostly tropical but quite fresh. While this is not my favorite style, there is really good quality here.
