  Had this well chilled bottle with a Punjabi Indian meal. Well suited to the task. Mineraly, almost eferfecent. Unfortunatley there was insufficient heat to really experiance that fire fighting effect I was looking for. Will try again and report back...

  An excellent muscadet; it is fruity, light, and charming. Very refreshing with a little bit of carbonic sharpness.
  
  Cooked and served with moules marinières perfumed with ginger and lemongrass, a wonderful pairing.
