Good value cuvée. This has gone up just like all Champagne. Better at $35 than $45. But, still worth a few bottles mixed into your regiment.
Bruised; green & red apple, Bosc pear. Some apple cider, lime zest, tropical melons, white peach, pineapple juice, shades of lemon meringue, caramel notes, light vanilla, gritty chalk presses the tongue, white spice, sea spray, bread dough, baguette crust, nice yeastiness, yellow & white spring florals, crisp acidity and well balanced, structured, tensioned and roundly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds.
From 375ml. Dosage 8.3 grams. A touch high for me these days. But, tolerable.

Home-drinking. 2019 and 2020 blend, 8g dosage which is on the high side for quality grower Champagne IMO and not warranted if the underlying material is appropriately ripe. A bit meh. I could still feel the acidity despite the dosage and the aromatic expression was somewhat limited/muted. At the reasonable price point this still delivers much more quality than a mass market Grande Maison NV bottling. It is is a mild disappointment because Bonville's elite cuvee Les Longues Voyes left me very impressed a few weeks ago and I was hoping the magic would extend across the range.

Classically styled Blanc de Blancs. Yeasty brioche, stone fruit, citrus, savory earth and mineral. Very light coloration with pronounced bubbles.

Rich body but overly yeasty and even sour.

Bready and a tinge of lime and berries. Well excecuted but didn’t have much depth to me.
