nose - tart mouth - somewhat nutty, almond skin (per JS), tart apple, good acidity. more racy than rich and became more expressive as it warmed. chablis-esque, enjoyable

Starbright; piercing, driven bouquet, sour mash; fierce acidity, plenty of extract; penetrating, pronounced vitality, characterful. Resembles a cross between Muscadet & Chardonnay. No shrinking violet. Every chance this will age well, but no guarantee.

This wine is alive with electricity. Makes your mouth vibrate with sharp lemon focused citrus fruit and salty liquid minerality. A baby of a wine with endless energy and focus. Damn Damn Damn. Less than 20cs make it to the US each vintage. Call the weygandt metzler store in DC and see if they can get you any. Special Special stuff.

Forte acidité, au point d'être hors l'équilibre. C’est difficile de boire plus d'un verre. Peut-être ce vin peut nettoyer et désinfecter des blessures.

Nose: strong lemon and cream, straw. Lightly toasted oak and white pepper. Grapefruit. A bit nervous. Palate: medium bodied with high acidity and moderate creaminess and sweetness.Big lemon and tart lime, there's big flint and crushed limestone. Some banana peel, and a bit of smoke along with toasted oak, white pepper, cedar and raw almond. Finish: the acidity remains high and the lemon and banana peel persist. Overall a highly structured wine, but the high acidity is a bit out of balance. It's good, but not as interesting as other white Jura that I've had. This has another solid 3-5 years of good living.
