  • One of the best dry german wines we've ever tasted. Rich lemon yellow colour. A big nose shows apricot, honey, very ripe grapes and minerals. Powerful palate, rich and generous with perfectly balanced ripe sunny fruit and acidity. Some bitter grape and lime and a dry profile makes it a very food-friendly wine. Minerally finish keeps everything fresh. Sensational franken wine from a big vintage, gives great pleasure right now and probably ten years on. Impossible not to love it - sunshine in a bottle.
