Three from Teutonic: Light gold color. Lots of tropical aromas (peaches, lychee, cantaloupe, guava nectar) with some honeysuckle. Medium acidity offers a nice frame to this plump, tropical wine (packed with kiwi, lychee, guava and tangerine fruit). I get notes of honeysuckle and baby’s breath. Juicy, floral, fun. 100% Muscat.

Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 8/5/2017 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): Didn't know really what to expect from an Oregon Muscadet, but have to say overall it doesn't suck. The nose has something evergreen. It is quite unique with a hard to describe white fruit profile. Medium bodied. Spicy. Earthy. Some sort of a menthol flavor and aroma. Maybe a touch of RS.

Apparently the guy who owns the vineyard is a real pain. And the guy who presses it whose girlfiend is a stripper loves this because it smells like the hairspray she uses before she goes on stage. And there it is. And crunchy with acid on the palate.
