  To the nose, apple (red > green), peach, pear and slight honey, plus white flower. On the palate, same fruit (no noteworthy citrus or melon) with some spice. Oddly a slight touch of phenol? Crisp with an edge. Medium to full mouthfeel and length. Alcohol is notable. Paired well with swordfish and tuna, and even the salmon, plus Caribbean rice.

  A group finalist among CSM whites at post-Thanksgiving dinner festivities. A nice blend of roussanne, marsanne, viognier and grenache blanc. Citrus fruits slightly over stone fruit but definitely in harmony. Good acidity keeps it lively. A solid mouthfeel and longer than average length for a white blend. A balanced white.

  Nice citrus notes on the palate. Not much complexity. A hint of oak. A quick finish.
