Here's the timeline: Looks like a brown petnat when you decant. Leave it alone. Then it goes from a Radler to a Pale Ale to crisp, crisp Apfelschorle, before settling down to the most pleasant fermented orange/tangerine juice.
This is gonna be fire. More Mosel wine like this!
