What can I say? I heard there was a new more serious side to this winery - but seeing this label is believing. Not that I'm a label whore, but this label is quite intriguing, seems very serious, at least in comparison to little Malvasia being on the bottle...no cartoons or rather, Steadman pics...
The nose on this wine, as expected with the varietal, screams! Screams minerals, screams pears, screams lemons - quite the captivating nose...
Yum. This wine is incredibly delicious, blaring its youthful acidity, crisp minerals and tropical fruits - the finish is looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong and dry. Quite a mouthful of wine and one of the most satisfying wines I've had from BD in some time - if this is the direction of all things new with Grahm, count me in as a customer! Great juice.
