PNP. Consumed over a couple of hours. Muted nose of cherries with floral notes and tabacco undertones that opened up a little by the second hour. Light and silky on the palate with sour cherries. Short finish. Pleasant but unremarkable.

Medium red color. Candied cherry bouquet. Soft fruit entry and mid-palate followed by a slightly tart finish. Not a lot of depth and complexity but enjoyable now. Medium-bodied with a short finish. Wish it had more concentration. Kind of like a pleasant carafe wine in Barcelona. Decanted for 1hour.

Very nice little Priorat… good nose of leather and spicy oak, notes of mulberry and current, tar and black pepper, some bean soup and balsamic too. A bit short on the finish. Drinking nicely now but in 4-5 years should be singing.

Bottle took a bit to open up. But then kept up throughout the meal of pork loin and smores (yes smores) by the fire. Last sip was like the first, but the everything in between was wonderful. Jam flavors, some black pepper, long finish.

Medium ruby. Blueberry, raisin, dates, cinnamon on the nose- smells like an Amarone. Medium acidity, high tannin masked initially by round fruitiness, high alcohol. More tannic and less viscous than Amarone. Black cherry, leather, anise, black pepper. Flavor similar to Zinfandel. Long finish.
