Decanted and consumed over two hours. The air helped, but it was drinkable on the first pour. Faint nose of red fruit. Moderate flavors of red fruit, licorice, clove, and earth, followed by dusty moderate strength tannins. Light-medium body. Fresh. Good acid. Very balanced. Best comparison would be Arpepe or Occhipinti with a bit more depth. Very drinkable. Moderate complexity/long finish. I would love to see this with 10 years to see what happens. Seems there is upside. 91-93.
