Opening with its bouquet of flowers, it is impossible not to notice the spicy red and black fruits in the nose and on the palate. Concentrated, elegant and fresh, with vibrancy, and creaminess in the textures on the palate. The finish shows intensity and lift in the black raspberries, cherries and red plums with a touch of pepper and paprika on the back end of the finish. The wine was made from blending 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc, 14.8% ABV. Drink from 2025-2040. 93-95 Pts.

64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc. 3.63 pH Pavillon Rouge, 14.5% Alkohol), Dichte Farbe.

En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Three (Bordeaux): Plums, sweet spice, cream, polished oak, slight floral notes with time in the glass the Cabernet starts to show through as fresh blackcurrant. Medium plus intensity acidity, concentrated dark hued fruits; plums over blackcurrant, proves powerful supported by alcohol warmth and grippy, drying, woody, coarse flour textured tannins that close the palate leaving that alcohol warmth on the finish. Meh.

Polished nose, focused, with bright fruit.
Sandy tannins, highly delicate and refined. Beautiful freshness, floral tones and a hint of (pleasant) green.
