Palate: Dry High acidity Medium Alcohol Delicate Mousse Medium (+) Finish Medium (+) Intensity - Apple, Pear, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Almond, Hazelnut, Biscuits, Bread Dough
Quality: Very Good - Concentrated green fruits and citrus fruits notes, especially citrus fruits peel, pronounced autolytic notes, but not really the toasty kind, more like biscuits and bread dough, with some notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts. Good Flavour Intensity, Good balance between fruitiness and autolytic notes, good mineral finish. Lack complexity from tertiary flavours, obviously this is still a youthful wine.
Suitability for bottle ageing: Suitable for bottle ageing - Definitely a bottle to be held on. Good concentration and intensity, fresh, ample acidty, could easily be cellared for another decade.

Sthlm Food & Wine Champagne-tastings (Älvsjömässan, Stockholm): (Disgorged in November 2021, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, dosage 7 gr/l) Light yellow colour with a greenish hue and a stream of fine bubbles. Fresh bread, hazelnuts and some lime citrus notes in a very pleasant way. Fruitful palate with a softened acidity showing red apples with a refreshing mid to late showing fresh cut grass and some minty notes with a some lime juice bitterness on the finish. Good showing and well drinking, yet missing some of the intensity and feeling of Pol Roger still. Not sure how this will evolve.. (Best 2025-2035)
