The colour is a pale, whitish yellow, not unlike the Pergentsknopp from Van Volxem, which I recently drank. The bouquet is typical Saar – very mineral, stony, with notes of honeydew melon and peach. In the mouth, crisp and fresh, the acidity well integrated, very animating in the interplay with the fruit sweetness. Makes you want to take the next sip! Lemon and ripe pineapple on the palate, which also dominate the finish. DM88. Full tasting note on my website at DMueller.com.
