Final bottle (and best) from a six-pack bought back in 2011. Sadly so, since this is really good. Nose with ripe apples, bruised yellow apples, pears, touch of cider and fine spices. Palate with fresh pears, ripe yellow apples, a touch of pepper and fine spices. Really good, in a sweet spot right now drinking at peak, and an excellent qpr when I look at the price from when purchased. This delivers way over its league and price tag.

Second to last bottle in my cellar. As with previous bottles, this Champagne offers really good value. Slightly sweeter than last bottle, but fresh and really nice. Sweet yellow apples, citrus and toasted bread. Really good stuff.

Another really nice show from this small grower Champagne. Really great stuff I must say. Perhaps not for the long haul, but rather finish within a year or two, and re-stock again? Anyway, really good!

This is getting better and better with time, as it keeps developing in the bottle. Almost one year since last bottle. Allot has happened since then. The nose is very apple filled, with almost overripe yellow apple tones. The acidity has settled and the fruit is round and supple. Still, very fresh and far from over the top. Soft and mature mousse with a nice creaminess that coats the mouth. Lovely, and such a bargain. 89+
