My only bottle consumed out in the restaurant so writing a mobile review. A pleasant surprise with a deep purple huecin color. A unique flavor profile thst was pleasant. It is recommended but if I had another I personally would notake wait. Nice finish as well

Dark red violet in the glass. Gave 3 hours in decanter. Nose a wee hot-tight yet with blackish berries, chocolate, spice, bark, graphite, and a buttery mineral earthy edge. Plenty to contemplate and enjoy. The palate rides the spectrum with high note tannin and loads more black fruit, plumb, and cocoa. Definitely scores for complexity. 6-7 hours in and it still has a bold-sharp top presence. There is a lot going on here, but it doesn't manage to sing harmoniously like other wines of the region and price. While a knock against the wine that will probably keep us from loading up, it is still enjoyable. We'll put our second bottle down for a while.

Not what I was expencting, but good nonetheless. Good color, earthy nose, and low acid and tannin on the taste. Very round and not so heavy with ripe fruit.
