Still a bit youthful, but coming along nicely. In ten to fifteen years it ought to be at it's peak. Color is still purple and almost opaque, nose is fragrant with cabernet franc, plums, pepper, slight blueberry and boysenberry, taste is smoothing out with distinct cabernet franc and blueberry with a taste I can't quite put my finger on; slightly metallic tasting with pronounced mixed berry flavor.
It's coming together but isn't there quite yet. The metallic taste is actually not off putting, but it is curious. I think this is going to be a real treat in a few years. I have one bottle left. I think I will wait ten years to taste it again. I fully expect to be amply rewarded for my wait. These Pritchard Hill Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon take time to age, but they seem to be well worth the time it takes. My old age is going to be filled with good wines worth having kept.

Opened and poured. Drinking very well and will go at least another 3-4 years. Beautiful dark color with some sediment. Rich and concentrated with flavors of blackberry and cherry. Nice tannins and lingering finish. Too bad this was my last one.

In great shape - wonderful balance of fruit, alcohol, and acid.

Nice flavor, even a bit of the "green olive" that they talk about with Cab Franc; but it complemented the spicy cowboy-rubbed steak very nicely.
