Note de Chablis évolué, complexe, mousseron, fougère, notes pâtissières, minéralisé. Pas pris de notes sur la bouche mais ensemble à point et de très bon niveau.

BYOB dinner NOTK (Rotterdam): Medium+ intensity with dried yellow apple, dried apricot, nutty, vanilla, walnuts. On the palate more honey. Medium+ acidity, long finish. 92-93, my guess is that it was even better a couple of years ago
It kept developing in the glass and over the course of the evening

as usual some aeration helped here. as did a bit of extra chill on the bottle. floral on the noise with some riper/exotic fruit notes. broad, full mouthfeel but with time showed good stony quality. medium finish. delicious. drink now. corkage at noreetuh

Color is a yellow golden. Fantastic nose of truffles, crimini mushrooms, kombu, and chamomile. With air, it becomes a touch more linear with some minerality, and a bit of citrus. The palate is quite similar - extremely umami driven with mushrooms and seaweed. The gains some lift over a few hours in the glass, finish is long and savory. This bottle was at peak now - no reason to continue to hold, and based on color, I don't see much upside. Delicious.
