Not much to add to prior notes. SoRhone Grenache, a touch rough, but true, absolutely amazing for a wine from a horrendous vintage and past its drinking window. Not a great wine by any stretch, but enjoyable and unmistakable.

OK, the prior bottle was consumed the very day it was picked up from a retailer and driven around town 20+ miles. This one wasn't as shaken and stirred! So I wish this one would have received some notes the many days ago it was consumed. All I can say is bravo for a wine old in the tooth for its dismissed vintage. Like a nice CdR Villages getting towards its noble end.

An interesting experience with an old bottle from a maligned vintage. This foggy wine screams Old Rhone Grenache from the beginning. I think the place I bought it from has warehouse conditions that are completely satisfactory, but not ideal cellar conditions, so this was advanced. It brings funk and flowers along with garrigue and hot earth and rocks. A bit gritty and fading, but interesting. This seemed best with just a bit of air.

A very distinct raspberry nose just out of the bottle; don’t miss it; decanted 5 hours now a rich well balanced drinkable wine; currently a superb example of CdP; a bit tart cranberry forward, Long rich garrigue; tart cherry way back in the finish I’ve had mine in temperature controlled cellar since release; if you can find good provenance- don’t be shy!

Pretty much undrinkable at any price. Never buy again. Not a flawed bottle, just plain bad wine.
