Superbe. Étonnamment élégant, fin, sur une trame classique du Rhône Nord mais fin. Superbe équilibre d’ensemble, rien n,accroche, tout y est.

Bu lors de notre souper avec les FOUDUVIN du Club de Sherbrooke au Resto AVV La Suite.
Belle syrah bien joufflue et salines.
Il y a des mures, de la fumée, du poivre blanc
et un peu de viande.
La finale est bien longue et minérale.
Super bon et bien velouté.

Quite roasted, still marked by the oak. While seeking too explore histroric terroir, this is very much a cellarmade Syrah, black olies,. tar galore - very well made, indeed, but while it does not lack body, it lacks a bit of soul.
PB hated it, IB actually liked it ...

Bu avec la tourte du Lac St-Jean fort gouteuse et viandeuse de l'ami Carol.
Le nez est beau, terre, olives, fumée et fruits noires.
En bouche, c'est satiné et rafiné, un peu plus léger que mes précédentes.
Les mures et la viande sont là, un peu d'herbe et de poivre aussi
avec une finale de longueur moyenne sur des relents minéraux,
plus digeste que mes autres aussi, celle-ci fut!

A 100% Syrah with a (only) 13 % Alcohol. Still kind of fresh, but not big. More elegance than volume. Will not last longer than 3 more years.
