Elegant, lovely Piedmont white. Nose is softly floral (agreed with other reviewers on the jasmine), lemony and flinty. Very lean palate, dominated by acidity and mineral notes, with a little bit of citrus fruit up front. Finishes dry, with only a little lingering tartness. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

From this maker of world famous Carema (if not it should be) this bright yellow wine is yeasty, bready, with floral undertones upfront. On the palate its light, bright acidity, clean. Lacks mouth feel or any lengthy finish. This would pair nicely with certain cheeses and other milk-fat related dishes. Nice.

Palate: Fat and silky mouthfeel with razor sharp, bright acidity. High minerality, with hints of spruce, juniper, and lemon peel. Strong finish dominated by excellent acidity.

nice wine, apples, rocks, and lemon on the nose. Very acidic. Mouthfeel: felt heavy/thick. Taste: Lemon/peaches. More minerals/acid than fruit. Went really well w/ Skate w/ brown butter sauce . . . it tasted like a CA Chard w/the fish.
