Académie des Cinquante Bordeaux visit; 9/20/2017-9/23/2017: Has developed nicely, good ripe fruit, oak spice, much more minerality and definition than the 2015, cantaloupe melon, lemon cream and flowers, perfect weight (12.5% ABV), good length.

I pulled this wine because I needed a cup of wine for cooking. This is a classic cellar story (at least for me). I bought these shortly after release, and I figured,as with most white Bordeaux, there is usually no hurry to drink them. Well, based on the color (dark yellow), I was a bit worried. On the palate, the fruit may have faded a bit, but this is still a solid effort. Not a world-beater, but I was not looking to conquer the world tonight anyway. thedrunkencyclist.com

Surprisingly dark in color and light in aromatics. I bought this a while ago, but I never got around to tasting it until now. Certainly a solid wine, but nothing spectacular. Grapefruit and pineapple are predominate, and there is a bit of weight that plays well. Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

Wow, surprised at the quality of this. Not brilliant or even the most distinctive white Graves, but for the money you're hard pressed to find better white Bordeaux in its range. Lemon, lanolin, white fleshy stone fruit, a tasteful amount of oak vanillin.

Fresh, tasted like more Sauv Blanc freshness then big rich semillion, but maybe some age will let it develop nicely
