Consistent with my previous note. One modification, that I think this is bottle is on a slightly faster evolution track than my last bottle. Tasty. Peking Duck night

WisconSomm Sommer Camp. Intrigue-ing wine. Deep colored, structured, and even a wall of tannin on the palate, still. This wine could age for 10+ years no problem. By far the most at peak of the 3 Coteaux Champenois we tasted. Rather beefy. Gorgeous fruit, which doesn't remind me of '06, but rather from a riper year. Really nice stuff. Med + body, Med + intensity, Med alcohol, and long finish. Drink with a decant, or slo-ox over a few days, or Hold for 5-7 more years easily.

Slightly spiced sous bois and light cherry nose. Feather weight, see through structure. Beautifully mineral with elegance, a kiss of red fruit, earth, and a savory finish. $125 at Plume.

Grower Champagne Trade Showcase: Blood, cherry and iron. A nice lick of fruit sweetness up front but it is a little hollow through the mid-palate. Medium length.

Introduced to this by Jared at faith and flower. Seductive right upon pop and pour there are dried flowers on the nose and a lithe fruit forward palate with just a little sweet spice and acidity to keep things interesting. Good bottle.
