Perfectly named with a rich texture, stone fruit with hints of butterscotch and nutmeg. Nice balance. Tasted great with New England style shellfish chowder.

Beautiful golden yellow color with nice aromatics of citrus and orchard fruit. Nice flavors of lemon and pear offered in a creamy delivery. Nice levels of acidity that keep this bright and lively. Not overly oaked, great balance and nice finish. Lovely wine.

Similar notes to prior tasting. Lively yellow hue and nose of ripe pear, lemon cream, and grapefruit. Very bright and crisp with a nice mouthfeel as well. Beautiful components that are nicely integrated in the glass and it keeps getting better as you go. Very inviting and accessible.

I had chilled this to enjoy this with a Cioppino Christmas dinner but wound up popping and pouring this prior to dinner being ready. Heck, what I nice gift to myself- as someone once said, "I often cook with wine and sometimes some of it ends up in the food". This wine offers a bright golden hue and great aromatics. The palate offers creamy citrus notes, ripe pear and a complex array of other flavors. There was a lot going on her that was further accentuated as it warmed a bit in the glass. I think this is one of Brian's best efforts with Top Cream and I look forward to seeing how my remaining bottles evolve further.

Looks, tastes, and smells of butterscotch. Light acidity. Well balanced.
